This is a recommendation for Z&S Construction Group as they have been working on different projects for HT Ventures, Inc. for the past few years. HT Ventures, Inc. manages several apartment complexes in Orange County and Inland Empire. Z&S Construction Group has done maintenance and TI and complete rehab repair jobs for our company on several complexes. Work performed but not limited to extensive exterior wood work, replacing and repairing wood fences, wood and metal railings, beam posts and metal hangers. Stucco and exterior painting work was also done. They have repaired parking lot with slurry seal coat and new striping. Further, they have repaired concrete walkways which included demolition of existing and pouring new concrete, and deck water proofing. In short, several miscellaneous projects/tasks have been performed to our satisfaction by Z&S Construction Group.

HT Ventures,Inc. highly recommends Z&S Construction Group to work on any construction project. Their staff was highly professional and workers were skilled.

One of their most recent projects was a senior complex in Brea at 212 S. Orange where they have recently finished an interior turn of all units. In the past, they have done outside painting and stucco work for this same complex. They are in line to start either a demolition or structural cure for a fractured condo project located at 3901 Dawes Street, Riverside (pending city decision to demolish or cure the defaults) for one of our clients.
